Return & Refund Policy at Karaza Home:
- The original invoice must be provided in case of replacement or return.
- The product may be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt if the customer is not satisfied with it for any reason.
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt in case there is a manufacturing defect or the product does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions.
- Products to be exchanged or returned must not have been used in a way that caused them to be damaged and must be in their original packaging.
- The shipment containing the products to be exchanged or returned will be received by the shipping company.
- If the invoice refund request is accepted within the above conditions, the amount will be delivered by the shipping company to the person holding the invoice.
- Shipping fee is not refundable.
