Return & Refund Policy at Karaza Home:

  1. The original invoice must be provided in case of replacement or return.
  1. The product may be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt if the customer is not satisfied with it for any reason.
  1. Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt in case there is a manufacturing defect or the product does not meet any of its guidelines or conditions.
  1. Products to be exchanged or returned must not have been used in a way that caused them to be damaged and must be in their original packaging.
  1. The shipment containing the products to be exchanged or returned will be received by the shipping company.
  1. If the invoice refund request is accepted within the above conditions, the amount will be delivered by the shipping company to the person holding the invoice.
  1. Shipping fee is not refundable.
